1. Operator and acceptance

ASRP.media is operated by Perspective Scientific Research and Development LLP (English translation of the registered name; the Russian name is authoritative), registration number BIN 240140033296, address Komarova 37-56, Baikonyr, contact info@asrp.tech. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. Terms apply from the effective date shown above.

2. Eligibility

Minimum age to use the service: 18 years. Your age is checked when you register an ASRP ID in ASRP.tech, by date of birth; other ASRP products use the result from your ASRP.tech account. Accounts whose age is unknown cannot use sensitive features.

3. Accounts and ASRP ID

You sign in with an ASRP ID operated through ASRP.tech. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. The data processed for your account is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. The service

ASRP.media is a publishing platform for articles, interviews and research materials, with author accreditation, comments, newsletter subscriptions and paid access options.

5. Your content

You remain responsible for content you submit. Do not submit content you have no right to submit.

6. Payments, refunds and cancellation

Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by payment providers through ASRP.tech. The platform commission on sales made through the platform is 20 percent; it is deducted from the author's payout and is not added to the buyer's price. Cancellation and refund: you can cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period; there is no refund for a period that has already started. Payment provider: Stripe. Card payments via Stripe are received by ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PROJECTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, registration L17000209665, EIN 82-3065295, registered address 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States (registered agent: Registered Agents Inc, at the same address). This US company is only the recipient of these payments; the data operator remains the Kazakhstan LLP named in this document. Payments via the Unicorn Lab payment system are received by the Kazakhstan LLP named in this document.

Purchase and access: each paid document states its access terms, as confirmed by the editorial staff: subscription access for the number of days stated for that document, or a one-off purchase with no end date. Access is checked with ASRP.tech each time you open the text; if access is not confirmed (including when the access period has ended or the check cannot be completed), the text stays closed. Paid access is offered only when available.

7. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe the rights of others, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service or its security, or use automated means to overload it. The operator may restrict access when these terms are breached.

8. AI-generated output

Automatic translation and slug generation of author content, where enabled, can contain errors; the author remains responsible for the published text.

9. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided as available; features may change or be withdrawn.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The operator’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. This limit does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your consumer rights under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and forum for disputes: law of the Republic of Kazakhstan; disputes are heard by the court at the registered address of the operator (Baikonyr, Kazakhstan).

12. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your role in the product or your ASRP account yourself in your account settings (see the Privacy Policy, section 8).

13. Changes to these terms

Material changes are sent to users by e-mail, and a new version with a new date is published on the site with an entry in the change log. Minor edits (typos, non-substantive wording) are published on the site without e-mail. The effective date of each version is the date of its publication on the site.
